One of a Kind Romance

Worth the watch? Our honest answer, and who it’s aimed at.

The strongest idea here is not the star-and-manager pairing but the book. Mu-i reads a novel for comfort without knowing her own manager wrote it, which turns every workday into a quiet piece of dramatic irony. If you like webtoon-style romances that set up a clean hook, Business Proposal is the nearest comparison on the site, though this one looks warmer than loud.

Joy is back in a lead role for the first time since 2022, and Kim Hyun-jin plays a star who is guarded for a reason that is not a joke. Lee Do-han is cast as the idol Ryu Min, and Shin Hyun-soo and Kang Na-eon fill out the main cast. For another comedic romance that mixes secrets with feelings, see Behind Your Touch.

No episode has aired, so this is anticipation, not a verdict. The premise is clear and the cast is strong, and Viu’s teaser sets a gentle tone. We will add recaps once the episodes start.
